I went in after a lot of curiosity about cryotherapy and it’s benefits to treating inflammation, well being and overall physical enhancement. Rita was amazing with customer service, knowledgeable, and I’m now a repeat client.

Awesome place to go! I had an ACL surgery on my knee. Travis and Rita were great in explaining how cryotherapy works. I went in for 3 sessions. After each session the swelling in my knee decreased dramatically. I highly recommend this for post-op. Very relaxing place to go and feel like they really care. Thanks Travis and Rita for all of your help
This was new to me. Just stopped in & met Rita. She was great! Explained to her that I have horrible circulation & everyday pain in my feet/legs & am also trying to avoid taking any prescription drugs. She told me what she recommended for me to try & I ended up staying & doing the 1/2 hour Compression Cryotherapy & the Cryotherapy Sauna after. My legs felt so good after. I booked my next appointment & I'll be doing this weekly now. I'd highly recommend this place to anybody who has pain. �
