RecommendedI have had fibromyalgia for over a decade, cryotherapy really reduces my pain. The staff at troy city is very friendly and fun. It is a great place.
I’ve been here few times and did the Normatec leg compression to try and recover for sports. It truly is so good for my legs and I feel much less to little pain/soreness after the half hour session. It almost feels as if I have a new set of legs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming throughout the process. It is a relaxing atmosphere and a great experience for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend it for any athlete!!

Had my first visit today with cryotherapy. I was a bit nervous when I got there but Rita made my visit very relaxing. She was amazing and very informative. After the treatment was over had the opportunity to learn a little more about the other services offered and got a nice tour of the facility. Thought this may be a one and done deal but I'm definitely going back. I feel great!!!! And look forward to freezing my @#$ off again. Thank you for the outstanding service.
Highly recommend for any athlete that is suffering from sore muscles. Ian has gone several times for both cryo chamber treatments as well as area specific treatments and experienced immediate improvements. Rita and Travis are exceptional to work with!!!

So far loving this place! 3rd day of cryo treatment and my shoulder and foot is feeling way better. The staff is soo very welcoming and hospitable that I feel like I’ve been going there for years! Highly recommend
