Honestly I was very worried before doing the cyrotherapy, but I’m glad I did it! I feel so great & it wasn’t bad at all. They made it fun, awesome environment:)
I started cryotherapy about two months ago. The staff there is top notch very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience here. The changes in mood, sleep patterns and a great boost of energy are just a couple of the many great aspects of change since walking through the doors. Simply amazing experience.
First time there and the staff were very friendly and took the time to explain everything. I did the Infrared Sauna @140 degrees and felt amazing afterwards. Definitely will be returning soon.
I can’t get over how much I love this place! I struggled with back pain and migraines, since I have been coming to see Rita and Travis the past 6 months, I’ve only had one migraine! Full body cryo works wonders. I’ve also experienced local cryo treatment for sore areas, cryo facials, Normatec compression for legs, oxygen therapy, and the infrared sauna. Love the lounge vibes here! I don’t get cold on purpose, but Normatec is my jam. #normatexandchill Oxygen is lovely, and infrared is good for you :) People are awesome here!
Had a great experience. The owner and staff were so professional and explained everything. I can't wait to go again. Hoping it will help my back and hip issues.
