Super clean facilities and very relaxing atmosphere. Travis is super friendly and takes lots of time to explain things. Great experience overall. Just started infrared sauna; so, not soon enough to gauge results.

I have been a customer for a few years now at Troy City Cryolounge. I am a firm believer of the Cryotherapy Chamber and the Normatec Compression Boots. It helped me recover immensely from back surgery. They are very professional, and you are treated like family there. I highly recommend!
