Cryotherapy will make you feel much better after doing it. I had sore muscles and a few spots in my back that would hurt, I did the cryotherapy and it has soothed that pain, most of it is pretty much gone. Not to mention it is fun just standing in the machine (lol). Travis is also really nice and informs you about the machine and what you need to do. This place is great, I would recommend coming here.

Cryotherapy really help to relief inflation in my joints and muscles. Troy City Cryo is extremely clean, knowledge staff. I recommend calling and booking a treatment
