I set up 9 visits for facial hair removal to be done at the Tropicalaser , made all 9 payments upfront. On my 5th visit the employee was not there, so the owner (clinical director) took her place that day. The experience was completely different, the laser machine had never been applied so intensely and after the 1st to 2nd minute the owner (who just so happens to be RN) stopped the treatment informing me that my skin was having a "reaction "and that I should go home and schedule another visit.
