I placed a delivery order from Tropical Smoothie and unfortunately received someone else’s order. I clearly told the delivery driver multiple times that the name and items were not mine, but he still insisted I take it. I declined and asked that my correct order be delivered. I then tried calling the store several times, but no one answered, and the voicemail box was full. I ended up spending $35 and received neither my bowl nor my smoothie.
