Very clean place. The food was well prepared. Very nice staff as well
I purchased a Smoothie and did not like the lime being very overwhelming in the drink tried to get a refund or swap for another one and I was told I would have to pay for another Smoothie which I feel is horrible customer service because why would I pay for another smoothie when the one I had was barely drank, I literally don’t understand however i will never go to another franchise for this company again, WHY COULDNT I RECEIVE A REFUND! This is very upsetting and I have a Migraine Disappointing
I can honestly say I have never had a great experience at the Owings Mills location. There is always an issue. Either the smoothies taste like water or the bowls are basically empty. This place is too expensive to get subpar service/food. Today I placed a large order and when I went to pay cash I was told they couldn't take a $50 bill because the owner wasn't there. Desiree was amazing and knowledgeable! I wasn’t sure which smoothie I needed due to diet restrictions and she helped me and made me feel comfortable with choosing the perfect smoothie!
