We originally booked this property in March of 2020. Our trip was canceled due to COVID and we were able to get refunds on our park passes, plane tickets and rental car. However, this property management company was unwilling to issue a refund, so we booked again in March of 2023. Immediately, when we walked in, it was obvious that the unit was not clean. Do not rent from them and definitely do not rent 1578 Slice Way, Davenport FL, Champions Gate. Upon arrival to the home it was dirty, looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The furniture has white furniture so you would think the cleaning people would clean because it is white, not a chance. The white pleather/leather was so dirty and beat up. DO NOT USE!!! We just used Tropical Escapes for a vacation rental in Orlando FL, specifically in Champions Gate. Dealing with Tropical was a nightmare!! They have ZERO customer service! Our home had many issues, we contacted the customer service department many many times to deal with these maintenance issues. These issues ranged from big safety concerns (the pool gate being broken and the sliding porch door not locking and concrete around pool just falling out) to smaller issues like the lights and fans not working, pool... read more
I stayed at the Solterra resort for 6 days. I had no problems with the house. However, the day I left I accidentally left my luggage behind. I called immediately when I got to the airport when I noticed. An answering service answered and said they will take a message. Didn’t hear nothing back so I called again at Noon. Finally spoke to someone. They stated they will send someone to the house. Didn’t get a call back.
