Played The Els Club Dubai earlier this month. One of the best courses I've played so far. Great design, excellent course quality, fantastic club house amenities and great staff. Pure 5 stars! Also played The Address Montgomerie Dubai a day before, again a great course, interesting design, they had a little maintenance going on and the fairways lacked some love to be honest, but still outstanding experience! 4 stars plus! I've played several Troon courses and had great experience at each course. Course conditions are always great and the staff is friendly. As a former golf course superintendent for Troon I can say that it is also a great company to work for. If they had more courses in Florida I'd go back in a heart beat!

Played Troon North Monument Course this past week. I wish there was more than 5 stats for it because it was worth every penny. Greens were immaculate, course played extremely tough but very fair. It's easy to be distracted by the natural beauty of this place. Typical Weiskopf design had a few driveable par 4's that are actually driveable. Beverage cart came early and often, staff was professional and courteous beyond belief. Plenty of tees to select from and I advise you to choose accordingly as this one can humble you.
