You need to get a handle on what's going on at The Peninsula Delaware. The younger members are extremely pissed off at management (Don DeMasters) for the discriminatory practices of Troon towards the younger membership. I was a founding member of the club and have been paying dues for 10 YEARS. The retirees are allowed to have their families as guests free of charge but the younger generations has to pay high fees for our families. When we have complained we are shut down and marginalized. RecommendedFirst time I have ever played desert golf I can say I'm hooked. The course was in great shape. Not to tough low scores are achievable. I played the Golf club of Estrella. Highly recommend. Thank you and hope to be back.

My last experience on a Troon course was at Isabella in Hot Springs Village, AR. I have played this course many times over and the condition of the course is always amazing. That is what keeps me coming back.

So how do y'all normally inform employees that they are fired? Do you just put out a job opening on your website and hope the employee gets the hint? Wow. Makes me want to recommend y'all to everyone who wants to be in the golf business.
Copper Canyon GC, great course staffed by nice friendly people inside and out. Among the best greens in the valley.
