Had the unfortunate opportunity to play Hiddenbrooke in Vallejo CA today. Course was a mess. * Tee boxes that would embarrass most muni golf courses - little grass and tons of sand. Hardly a level spot to play from on most * fairways in dire need of water in many areas. Among many positives for Troon Golf I have just finished 2 clinics - one at Westin Mission Hills with David Curtis and one at Indian Wells with Eric Solander. These 2 gentlemen are very good professional golf instructors in Palm Springs area and offered very informative and enlightening clinics on important segments of the golf game. I always leave their clinics with positive things I can work into my game. Thank you gentlemen!

Last week a group of 17 men from Alaska traveled to Arizona to play 5 days of golf. The highlight of the trip was supposed to be 27 holes on the Monument course and 36 holes on the Pinnacle course. Unfortunately the actions and attitudes of the course marshals made the experience anything but pleasant. Before we even tee'd off the marshal informed us if we fell behind we would have to be moved up.
