Excellent dealership. Was able to see the car quickly, and they provided all the information I needed about the car to make my purchase easy. They even put 2 new tires on the car and changed the oil at no extra expense before I picked it up! I would gladly buy another car or get my car serviced at Trolley Square Auto in the future.
This particular dealer had a vehicle offered for sale with a couple months' worth of price history. After exchanging a few emails, my wife and I decided to fly in, rent a car, and see their offer. Upon arrival, we were informed that the car is not really ready to be sold. We stayed at a nearby hotel, hoping that the issue would be resolved within a day or so. Nice and understanding People. I went and test drive the car. Even though I did not buy it. The exchange was very good, I do recommended this business.
I called and set up an appointment to drive and hour to test drive a tundra, only to find the owners trash all over the vehicle, (to include an open bag of chips.) Add states no collisions-carfax reveals moderate damage to front end from crash. Smoker car, obvious damage to suspension, check engine light on for 2x codes. No transparency/claimed knowledge on anything stated. Do not waste you time with this place.
Too many issues with vehicle. Plus, we had to physically go back to their office in order for them to provide me with "partial" credit for my deposit. I asked other dealerships if I would need to come back for my deposit if I decided not purchase and they said, no. They could easily provide credit over the phone. Not a place that I would recommend due to the lack of quality of the vehicle (the car was running in their lot when we arrived and we were 1/2 hour early for our appointment) and the manager's emails were very conde... read more
We drove from PA and bought the vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful and honest about the vehicle. Very happy we made the 3 plus hour drive to purchase a car from such a great business.
