No parking at the location when I arrived and the only employee I could find told me he had nothing to do with car sales and did not know where to direct me. So I left the establishment.

Great experience! The car was ready for a test drive when I arrived—knowledgeable salesperson and no pressure whatsoever. They made some promises to make me feel happy about purchasing and delivered on all of them. Most importantly, they were upfront about costs and estimated monthly payments. You don't get many previously owned purchase experiences like this one. Will go back.
