We purchased a jeep for our son. It went very smoothly. They took care of everything. From the beginning we felt no pressure in purchasing the vehicle. They answered all questions and very helpful.
Only talked on phone had different price on windshield than on advertisement not A big deal
The dealer was very responsive, we called basically every day for a week for information about our car. We drove 130 miles for the car and they had the paperwork ready for us when we got there so it only took about 10 minutes to make the purchase and fill out everything. I love my car and I am very happy.
My wife and I drove a total of 5 plus hours to check out the car. Car was exactly as described and seemed to be a nice car priced right. The car was a little dirty inside which deters my wife. It was really nothing that couldnt be detailed. Greg the manager was friendly and helpful. The car wasn't for us but I would recommend checking cars out at Trolley Square Auto especially if you are looking for a good deal.
Excellent customer service! Greg was straight up and honest about everything. He helped me get a '09 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I asked if he could get a hitch put on my jeep and i only had to pay for parts(labor was free). He even surprised me with 4 brand new tires when i showed up to pick it up! Definitely recommend!
Dealer responded quickly and was kind. However I found a cat elsewhere closer to home.
