Stefano Escribe, the property manager overseeing Los Altos Condominium in Little Havana has been unhelpful, evasive, and deflective when approached about the management of funds and return of deposits to tenants living in this building. He has shown poor professionalism with tenants and realtors, inconsistent communication and enforcement with rules and regulations, and an unwillingness to provide assistance despite various attempts to raise issues.

Trizel has a dedicated staff and team that works above and beyond to resolve any and all concerns related to property management. Unfortunately, the property manager’s attitude has been consistently rude and unhelpful. Communication is difficult, as they often come across as dismissive and unprofessional. This has made addressing even simple issues unnecessarily stressful. Respect and courtesy are the basics of good management, but those qualities are lacking here.

Trizel management has an excellent clerk, her name is Nicole and she is always patient, kind and understanding. Other female staff that work in Trizel are also very professional and helpful. The company should improve however how at times how they manage their communication exchange. For instance, supported paperwork should be readily available as a paying client landowner in case you were to miss a homeowners association meeting being that they accountable for managing respective association.
