Worst communication ever. No one takes responsibility for anything. If you get an answer from one person in the office make sure you ask the rest of them to make sure you have all the info. They will send threatening emails and voicemails over issues you had no clue about. Not worth the $$ everything breaks and is unavailable. Hot tub broke for weeks on end, fire place works here and there, air conditioner units break for days at a time and serious electrical issues.
