I have absolutely loved living at Triton terrace. I have not had one problem here. We brought home our puppy here and everyone was so accommodating and nice out my pet. The girls in the leasing office are seriously so nice and friendly too. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
RecommendedMy husband and I love Triton Terrace!! The apartments are clean, modern and seem basically brand new. We are so happy with our overall experience here. The staff is always upbeat and willing to help out with whatever they can. They are great at snow removal and the grounds are always clean. We %100 recommend Triton Terrace!
Great location, dog friendly, dog park, BBQ area, playground , basketball court,well designed,clean , amazing view, plenty of parking, pool, jacuzzi, workout room, wifi-cable and water included in one price. Each apartment has washer and dryer hookups. Of course the wonderful office staff that has always treated me like family....I have lived here almost 3 years, its run very professionally ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I Love living at Triton Terrace. The location is great since it is so close to Bangerter and I15. The apartments are well kept, and have great storage. Most importantly, there is enough parking, you will never have a hard time finding a parking spot.
Beautiful views of the mountains in the day and the city at night. Pool, hotub, gym, doggy space if you have dogs. The ladies in the office give surprises of treats on some holidays and early mornings. We have called maintainance for some small things and they are quick to respond and come by. The landscaping is always well maintained as well!
We love Triton Terrace! They are always quick to fix any maintenance issues and have been so great to work with! It’s also a great dog friendly community. We’ve had an awesome experience!
I have lived here for a year and a half and it has been great. The people are helpful and we love having a closed dog area for our pup to run freely.
Dog friendly community in a perfect location! The apartments are new, clean and well kept overall. The leasing and maintenance teams are wonderful to work with. They address concerns in a timely manner. We have enjoyed living here for several years!
I have lived in many apartments and have had a terrible experience with almost all of them except Triton terrace! They have been seriously amazing!! And I don’t just say that. It’s in the best area and the apartments are so homey. I love it here!!! Best apartments!!
