I've been living here for 7 months. Through my ups and downs the lovely young ladies Jena and Breianna has been amazing. I truly love living here the view is to die for, neighbors are nice, and they keep the grounds clean. It's truly the most loving place to live in Utah. They move fast when things break at least for me they have. They really care about their residences. I plan to be here til I can't afford to be.
My girlfriend and I have been here for almost three years now and we have loved the place. We might argue that the rent is a little high but with the views and neighborhood..... we’ve never had a problem paying our rent. I’m not sure about some of the reviews that are on here. I think maintenance wise.... the building is from 2015. There was a little issue with rain corroding the railings but they put in windows which helped a lot and also helped a ton with wind in the winter. We loving it here and could not have found a better place to stay. Also it's great for animal lovers and areas for kids to play.
Snow removal sucks had problems with fire sprinklers in every apartment in are apartment they had to cut a hole in the roof and did a shitty job of cleaning up and left dust all over our furniture people walked in without knocking but they did have someone come clean the carpets where stuff and supplies landed when performing the job but if you have a animal don't expect any of your refundable deposit plus ours was a service dog and paperwork we have signed they provide should cover any damage back when were asking to step d... read more
Triton Terrace is the best place that I ever lived at. Very friendly staff and if something breaks, they are on it right away. There are always staff outside cleaning and keeping this place tidy and neat. The view is amazing! I am so happy that I moved from Ohio to Triton of Draper Utah.
Professional,clean, stylish,has all the extras available.great location and gorgeous view at night!
