Fantastic place to live! I lived there for two years 2017-2019 in the Treasure floor plan. Management was always friendly, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. Rarely needed anything fixed, but if I did maintenance always fixed in a timely manner. Plenty of parking and safe location. Triton Terrace never felt unsafe for me, a late twenties woman. I would HIGHLY recommend Triton Terrace for anyone wanting to rent a prestige yet affordable apartment. Dog friendly, clean grounds, (although the breezeways could be a little bit cleaner.) But besides that everything is great. They have a huge dog park, very friendly and astute staff that go above and beyond to make the residents feel as comfortable as possible. Nice parking AND your close to almost everything. Love that! Thanks Triton for being freaking awesome! ♥️
Triton Terrace has been an excellent place to call home. Easy access to Salt Lake and Utah counties with all the amenities that Draper and South Mountain have to offer. They also have great options for the size of place you need, including nice townhomes and garages. Pet friendly, killer views of the Salt Lake valley, and the year round open hot tub with a view is what made Triton Terrace the place we call home.
Wonderful place to live! We love it here and have had no problems. The staff is amazing and neighbors are really nice!
The staff goes above and beyond to do fun things for the residents during holidays. They even have a raffle prize for paying early! Everything is well maintained.
Lovely place to live. Very quiet and safe around here. Office staff is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to requests.
We love living at Triton Terrace. The neighbors are friendly and the office staff are amazing. They are always right there if you need anything. Even the dogs are well behaved.
