I was able to schedule same day appointment, the receptionist was kinda and showed genuine concern about my son. The person that schedule my appointment explained what to expect since it was a same day appointment there was a possible wait. The provider check my son without being afraid to get sick herself. Everything overall was a good experience.
Dr. Shaw is so patient and clam. My daughter feels very comfortable with her. Thank you Dr. Shaw for being you.
This was our first appointment at this practice. We had an appointment for our newborn (4 days old) and waited in the room for the doctor for an hour. Dr. Shaw had no bedside manner, did not even introduce herself upon waking into the room (so we had no idea what doctor we were seeing), and when asking about upcoming vaccines she simply had information sheets printed and handed them to us. Very rude and we will be finding a different doctor.
I contacted the hospital to find out the cause of my child's high fever that had persisted for several days. Thanks to Dr. Shaw, I knew my child's symptoms weren't just a cold, but Covid19. Doctor thoroughly checked even the variables we could not have anticipated. I would like to thank Dr. Shaw and the staff for their assistance in making our reservation quickly.
