Team just sits around don’t get patients in and out. Will have you waiting in the lobby for 5-7 hours. I would NOT recommend to go here. I know next time to go to Centennial at least I know their team down there is fast pace. Don’t waste your time coming here you’ll be close to your death bed by the time you know it. If I can give this hospital a negative 1 I would.
I give this hospital at least 4 stars, because very few staff members actually listen to their patients and shows some respect. The food is terrible, needs a huge improvement.
I had outpatient surgery today and every staff member I encountered was wonderful. I was given excellent care from pre-op to discharge.

The Same Day Surgery is the greatest. The entire nursing staff is the absolute best from the moment I checked it to the recovery room to the moment I was discharged. I have never had an unpleasant visit to this hospital. Thank you so much to them all.

Our pediatrician sent our 12 year old son to the Summit ER for an EKG, a procedure that should take less than 1 minute. We were there for over an hour only to be turned away because there was “no one available” to perform the EKG on my MINOR child. This is beyond despicable. I will never step foot onto this property again. I’m thankful my son wasn’t suffering from a life threatening illness.
