dirty rooms, inattentive staff
i went to the freestanding er in mt juliet because of a severe headache and right side weakness within 30 minutes i had a cat scan iv bloodwork and was put in an ambulance and sent to summit all within 30 minutes of arrival they were very kind and profressional to me and the staff at the hospital was very sweet and professional also. the drs were great but the food wasnt but hey its a hospital what hospitl food is good. i was admitted sunday evening and left late wednesday evening. the therapist imaging technicians and every... read more
Just delivered our first baby girl here and the staff was exceptional and I feel like I have new friends in the nurses! Super thankful for their knowledge and care during this life changing experience!
Our late night ER experience last night was decent. Took over 4 hours to get a room after being admitted. Throughout the stay today, service started out strong with a test done early this morning, but has fallen so far below par as the day progressed that it’s pitiful. It has taken from 8:00 AM until currently almost 9 PM, and a dr still hasn’t read the test results. Due to non-reading of results, my mom was NPO until after 6pm. I was seen tonight for a cat bite and was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience! The facility was super clean and looked very nice. The staff was friendly and quick. Sucks that I had to go to the ER but I'm glad it was such a good experience!
