I’ve got to say I’m pretty upset! I set appointment with my doctor (whom I’ve had since I was born) online...I was called yesterday and told he is not accepting new patients! I explained my situation and that they may not have a file for me but I’m not a new patient (because they have a new office) lady tells me she’ll talk to the doctor and call me back at 1....lady never calls me back...so I call back at 3 and confirm the appointment....lady just now calls me back (morning of appointment) to tell me once again he’s not acc... read more
I can not say enough good things about this hospital. They literally saved my life. They took me in and paid my COBRA insurance premium. I was in serious trouble when I arrived Sunday the 18th. They immediately took me back and began to work on me. Dr. Bootin was excellent. He admitted me. I was under Dr. Tabi's care. He did an excellent job. The nurses and staff were awesome. Thank you God for Summit Medical Center.
It is great everyone is very nice and helpful but The hospital needs a new bed for the room in room in the nursery and a new cpr baby
the emergency room is amazing. everytime! I've been here a few times, my daughter, my husband, I havent met a dr or nurse who wasnt kind or nice! one of the best hospitals there are!!!! literally! hands down! they do their job and they are truly amazing nurses and doctors!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
I am currently on 6th floor my nurses especially Miss Nichole have been so caring and compassion she is truly a treasure to this hospital love my Sumitt 10 stars
5 stars I was admitted for a hysterectomy and the staff from registration, pre-op, holding, recovery were all amazing but my floor nurses rocked... I was on the ortho/spine unit and was cared for by Barbara and Natasha. you two ladies are amazing at what you do and it's truly appreciated. Thank You!!!
This used to be a great hospital until TriStar took over. Last time i went, there was disrespect of my privacy, and probably HIPPAA practices, most of the staff was rude, honestly my nurse was an asshole, and they ran a very expensive unnecessary test. I filled out a survey with all of this info, being very specific, never heard from anyone or got a discount for my $3,600 bill which should have been $600. Hope i never have to go here again.
nothing but a joke very rude. And the check in male nurse gave me personal information about other patients. how am I suppose to trust them. very sad state of affairs at summit ER in hermitage
