My mother recently received a civil summons because they are suing her over $249 she couldn’t afford to pay like 4-5 years ago. They have the gall to do that, but couldn’t even figure out a simple ailment with me around that same time and had to send me to another hospital an hour away. Maybe worry more about hiring and training competent staff than suing people over less than $250 you never received 5 years ago.

My doctor sent two letters to the billing department telling them they miscoded my procedure that the intention of the colonoscopy was for screening only. They refuse to change it and are forcing me to pay $800 which should have been free for me if they had of coded it the way the doctor intended. I will NEVER do business with this hospital again and urge everyone not to either. The billing department is very difficult to deal with.

FIVE STARS !!!! Had an amazing experience last night, husband had stroke symptoms, they took great care of him from the er to the clinical decision unit 8th floor, very thorough, every test possible was given, bed side manner was great, from nurses, docs, occupational, physical and speech therapist, social workers, cleaning ladies were great, even the director of nursing introduced herself and was happy to hear we had a great experience. Top notch care from beginning to end.

Do not go to TriStar ER with BlueCross BlueShield insurance. You will be out of network.
