I went to a walk in clinic for a mass just below my sternum and she recommended an ultrasound despite thinking it was just some fatty tissue. I went to the TriStar in Portland. Before getting the ultrasound I asked the lady checking me in what the cost was and she said she didn't know. I told her I wanted to pay now and needed a price. She said she couldn't tell me that without running it through insurance. I asked what the self-pay price was and she STILL didn't give it to me. So I said fine, and got it done. Recommendedmy dad is there now 3 days post op 5 heart bypasses. hard because we can be there due to covid 19, but the staff has been great.
The COVID testing program at centennial is a SCAM. I was tested for everything but coronavirus, all negative. When it came time for the test, i was denied bc i didnt meet criteria. I WAS SICK ENOUGH TO BE TESTED FOR EVERYTHING ELSE, WHICH COST ME ALOT OF MONEY. POSITIVE CORONA DOESNT BENEFIT THE HOSPITAL, NO TEST FOR YOU!
RecommendedAwesome staff & facilities. I don't think I have ever been cared for, by a hospital, as well as these professionals have cared for me the last two days.

The staff at Tristar, particularly, the 5th floor orthopedic nursing and support staff, were awesome!!! Judy, Amber, Joyce and so many others, despite long shifts, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always with a smile. I was far away from home, but they became like family in the week I was there and made what was a difficult time so much easier!! Thank you so much! -Laurel Rogers
