The staff and medical services are outstanding. Lira tentative everything is very clean. And I happen to be on the same floor as the nurses that saved the people in the Highlands at Lakes apartment fire so that was an added bonus.

My Mom has to be taken/transferred here for an inpatient stay and necessary procedure. Best staff, great care, and they have even called to check on her after she got home!!! Staff very attentive, professional, courteous and eager to help or explain things to you. The doctor followed up with us and introduced themselves to us throughout our visit. Very pleasant surprise since we’ve had mixed levels of care at other hospitals in our area!!! We are very pleased!!!!

My son had his tonsils removed on the 19th. Went in there TWICE because I could tell he was getting dehydrated and then the 2nd time he was bleeding. Each time was told he was fine because he had tears. Not even 5 hours later when I took him to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital he was admitted! We just got home from a 3 night stay because of dehydration and an issue with his surgery. He was so dehydrated he didn’t even flinch when they did his IV and Horizon sent him home! I will NEVER go back to Horizon I can promise you that!
