RecommendedTreated here for a mandibular fracture and I can't overemphasize how amazing every one of the staff was. Empathetic, professional, they made a miserable experience quite pleasant and tolerable. Wish I could thank everyone of then personally. Im the type to dread doctors and hospitals and normally can't be dragged into one. These guys are the ones I would want treating my loved ones, hands down.

Team just sits around don’t get patients in and out. Will have you waiting in the lobby for 5-7 hours. I would NOT recommend to go here. I know next time to go to Centennial at least I know their team down there is fast pace. Don’t waste your time coming here you’ll be close to your death bed by the time you know it. If I can give this hospital a negative 1 I would.
this hospital is terrible and any tri star hospital u go to is really just about as bad

RecommendedYes they are good getting you in the back more faster than any other hospital i love going there to the er i'm thinking about changing from going to Vanderbilt and start going there cause all of my doctor's our at Vanderbilt but i like going to Centennial
The emergency room staff was awesome, was admitted to have surgery on my left elbow Dr Heltsley was awesome completed the survey with no problems, fourth floor staff especially the nurse's extremely efficient in their duties. Highly recommend this facility 👍😊
