I been had hip surgery in 2010. I been taking premed befor each visit. I was told on a previous vist to check with the hip doctor to see if I still need to take the premeds. I check with them last fall & they told me I didn't need to take it. I was told by dentist assistant that you all need a sign statement saying that I need a sign statement from hip doctor that said I that I did NOT have to take premeds before. Offer eye masks. The headlamps you use flashed in my eyes quite a bit that acted like a strobe light. I ended up with a pretty nasty headache for the rest of the morning. Hadn't had that happen before. Still happy with service but will need to address for future visits.

I have used Dr. Joe Evans and his staff for many years. He is someone that seems to put himself in your shoes ... thinks like a consumer, not a doctor that wants to be in charge.
