The staff made my move I. So awesome! They all went out of their way to help me get the perfect apartment for me and also another couple of my friends lives here and they love it too!! The staff is great the apartment is beautiful and the maintenance was super fast. One of the best living experiences I've had in Austin so far:)
The roach infestation has gone on for months. We didnt have them when we moved in.We have cleared cabinets out the first time for 3 days and the second for 1 so they could resolve the problem. Maitinance walks in with out knocking! One day I was undressed. The walkways are filthy. The new pool has bunches of people who dont live here swimming. There seems to be only one person in the office that cares. Unfortunately she isnt in charge and has no power. This is only a few of the problems we have had. What a nightmare! we wish... read more
