Drew is totally awesome. She continuously goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had multiple IT issues and assisted me in a timely manner with a smile. She has always been polite and courteous and available at minutes notice. She is a great asset to the Roscoe Corporation.
It's 5 minutes from Down Town price range is according to the apartment. Love my kitchen granite countertops. Staff is super friendly.

Going into my second year in the area. Lots of improvement since I moved in. Yes, I own a dog, Lola. I have no problems with fleas or roaches. Love the bathing dog unit located at the Laundry room. Every Wednesday is a stop for Lola for her weekly clean up bath. With the combination of her heart worm medication it probably the reason that I see no fleas any place. I have no roach problems, not even one. Management is very friendly, so can't complain. Actually love it, specially if I want to go downtown for happy hour, bus #2... read more
I just signed a lease thanks to the help of Johana Mosher! She was incredibly attentive and honest throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my choice, the value cannot be beat! So far I have been incredibly impressed by the staff's professionalism and I hope to continue to be pleasantly surprised!
