It highly upsets me when there are people who are really sick and need to be seen bad but more than half the whole office is filled with people who don't seem to be sick and playing around inside the clinic ! Laugh and move perfectly fine . I'm over here waiting outside of the clinic on the steps because of how hot and noisy it is plus no seating because people have their non sick older children taking up all the seats . I just want to go home and not even get checked . So upset !

With a busy waiting room there is not much that we, as a clinic, can do but see patients as quickly and efficiently as possible so that everyone gets a chance to have their needs addressed by the doctor (seemingly large or seemingly small, apparent at all or not). We are, of course, much faster than the ER so I do hope that you'll hang in there to be seen so that we can help you feel better as soon as possible. Went yesterday about 10 it wasn't crowed took their nailed the problem, got my prescription home resting

Normally I like the place but yesterday it was like they wanted to get us out cuz we were the last pt. Before they closed I asked the Dr if my daughter had an ear infection and she told me "no she does not have ear infection" and that I needed to take her to her primary Dr so they can do labs on her. So today I take my daughter to her primary Dr and what does he tell me that my daughter does have not one but both ears infected. I believe in second chances so I will try one more time before I really stop going there

Our urgent care has a lab so I want to look into what labs the doctor wanted to run that was referred to PCP instead of doing them in-house. I'll look into this and get back to you. Spent 3 hrs waiting to be seen. They did not go in order of the sign in- never informed clients that they have a new online sign-in program which allows others to jump ahead of you, and did not keep their marketing claim "Be seen in 30 minutes or less"...which is the reason we go to this clinic. Completely and utterly disappointed in this visit.

Hi Bianka, the only individual today that used the ZipPass came to verify something, left, then returned for the scheduled appointment time which had been set earlier than the patient's arrival time. There were no "skips", and our front office has discussed this with our medical director to ensure that we address ZipPass patients and walk-in patients fairly and triage trauma patients as needed. people there seemed decent- wait was not as long as I thought- those people put up with some pretty annoying people- kudos to the window guy for putting up with the "lady" after they shut the doors- only thing I would like is a room for sick people and one for injured people- I felt like I was going to catch SARS

Lol!! SARS! Haha. Throwback to 2004. Tank, thank you for your review, comedy and all. It's not really industry standard to have separate waiting rooms but wouldn't that be nice? Thankfully, you can be sure that we wipe down handles on doors, tables, chairs, and water dispensers periodically throughout the day before our janitorial service does the deep cleaning every night. No SARS in our clinic (or anywhere else in the US for 15 years or so haha). Have a great evening.
