So I waited for 2 hours in the waiting room when there was only one person ahead of my girls so they finally get us in a room then we wait for another 1 1/2 ND finally the doctor comes in ND says they have a virus ! Waited all that time for this I'm never going back there! What upset me was the waiting time !

Took my son in yesterday to get his ears checked. We only waited an hour which I count a win and the female doctor was super sweet. Thank you Trinity for great service. ❤️❤️

I checked online to see what time they closed urgent care and the website said 9pm. I walk in at 8:20 and the door is locked. I knock on the door multiple times as the staff are eating and pretend not to hear me. The lady who FINALLY opens the door tells me they close at 8pm but the sign on the door even says 8:45 which I pointed out to her, frustrated and obviously not feeling well.
