RecommendedWe were visiting from out of town, and my husband was ill. Despite a very full waiting room at 5:30 pm, my husband was seen, diagnosed, treated, and discharged in about 90 minutes. Trinity is the most efficient urgent care we've ever experienced.

Terrible. One one other person ahead of us but we waited approximately 45 min. After that dr never came to exam our 4 month old grandaughter. Instead she chose to send ma to our room to ask a question and then ma would report back. After this question answer process no dr ever came to examine her. We finally gave up after close to an hour and left to seek care elsewhere...shame that I have to pay for service when we received none. Will never return

Hi Sally, this is so unusual! I'm sorry that you had such a negative experience, especially with a 4 month old granddaughter! Our protocol is that an MA gets your statistics, inputs them into the system, and preps the doctor for his or her examination before he or she comes to the room to do just that.
