I recommend everyone this place, because of their punctuality, reliability and regular maintenance.
Current resident living next to disrespectful tenants who are always loud and can't keep seem to go a day without fighting one another and slamming doors! Asked them to keep it down-they just got louder, real POS. The property management company has done nothing to help!
Horrible. Noise from all over the place, walls are like paper. All instalations are old and had to call mantainance to come to fix things too much often. They did come to fix quickly but what serves if you constantly have to call to fix something, from tubes, sink leaks to heathing and wall craks. The backyard is vey idirty with trash and dog poop all over the place. Definitely this apartment that we rented is not worth its money.
