On February 10, I walk into the clinic and was unbelievably sick with fever of 103, I tested positive for influenza. I was shaking I was so cold, the nurse at the North Lakeland office, Ms. Stephanie went above and beyond her duties. It is so good to say that finally the North Lakeland office has a great team. Go Lakeland office for the great work you are all doing, the smile and the caring is truly the best I have experienced in my three years I have been going to that office.
The receptionist at the South Lakeland office has no personality and acts like you are bothering her
