Just picked up my custom ring ,made out of family member rings who are no longer with us. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.Overall an impressive experience.
Great location for jewelry repairs. Been here many times and service has always been exceptional, quick, professional and extremely reliable along with super friendly and patience (not pushy at all). Prices are par with market and youll always find that perfect gift since they have a great selection of assorted jewelry for all ages.
I took a sentimental pair of 20 year old earrings from the Bahamas to get reset in white gold. Very impressed with the quality of the setting. Happy the post was now centered and the backs were more secure. I used Trinity a second time to replace a stone in a very old pair of earrings. Came back so shiny and new, will definitely use their services again
Bizarre experience. I brought in several rings to be cleaned, and my engagement ring & wedding band to have the stones tightened. No quotes provided (I should have asked), strange bordering on rude interactions with one staff via text (I didn't want another ring to have the stone tightened - it would have cost more than the ring itself - so I was informed my ring went "back in the queue"), took several weeks to have 4 rings cleaned, was charged a double ring cleaning for a jacket ring (idk if that's industry standard or not)... read more
