Highly recommend! My engagement ring needed to be resized, and my mum recommended Trinity. I took the ring in, and was hoping they could resize it same-day, as advertised on their website. They were able to do it in 2.5 hours!! I had the ring back so quickly and they did a great job. I am super impressed.
Let me start by saying I never write reviews…never! But I had such a great experience dealing with this family run jewellery store that I just had to share my experience. I had 2 colored stones replaced in my diamond ring. Unfortunately, when the ring was ready with the new stones, I wasn’t happy with the color of the stones that “I had” selected. Just picked up my custom ring ,made out of family member rings who are no longer with us. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.Overall an impressive experience.
