I haven't been to Trinity for a few years, but I always take my Raymond Weil watch there to have the battery changed. It's always more than a pleasant experience. I absolutely love their new jewelry lines, and they have some very affordable, meaningful gift ideas. I've never had anything but superior customer service. If you haven't been, you must!
Love Trinity Jewelers!! Everyone there are so kind! John made me a new engagement ring out of some stones I had and I love it!! Every other jeweler told me to trade my diamond in for a bigger diamond, but John was the only one who said don't get rid of it, it is a near perfect stone!!
