I have gone to Trinity for many years. I purchased many small pieces (Pandora and Alex and Ani) and had repairs done. No matter what I was getting, I was treated as a valued customer. With a new relationship later in life I came to Trinity multiple times to get a birthday (key pendant) and Christmas present (earrings). Each time in I was looking and learning about engagement rings and giving them ideas about her, what she liked, and what I was looking for. excellent, professional staff. very welcoming and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. they just fixed my son's favorite necklace and made some very good suggestions about how to fix it.
