I trusted these people with my life and she sent me away saying viral. I told her my chest and back hurt bad had a bad cough lots of green stuff etc. Went to Dr 2 days later for same had X-ray i have bacterial multifocal pneumonia look it up it's bad. Shame on you. I would like to add that she knew I am a multiple sclerosis patient too. Things are different for me with a compromised immune system

Let’s start with I am a retired ED nurse x 40 years in Detroit . I have been waiting for 1.50 hours to see someone. 2 people walking out do the ridiculous wait times. There was 2 people ahead of me.waiting to be seen. This is unacceptable No communication with the staff. Poor patient care.The NP ordered a chest x-ray.
