I walked in to be seen for urgent care and stood at the desk for about 15 minutes, they lady that I assume was running the urgent care desk looked my way several times and I was not helped. I finally went over to the obgyn desk and asked if anyone was over there to check me in and her response was “I don’t know where she went and I don’t know how to check anyone in over there.” So I said I can no longer wait and I’m going somewhere else. No apologies or anything to make it right.
I trusted these people with my life and she sent me away saying viral. I told her my chest and back hurt bad had a bad cough lots of green stuff etc. Went to Dr 2 days later for same had X-ray i have bacterial multifocal pneumonia look it up it's bad. Shame on you. I would like to add that she knew I am a multiple sclerosis patient too. Things are different for me with a compromised immune system
