I absolutely do not recommend this nail place. I was left bleeding in 4+ locations. My big toe as pictured was flooded with blood. She put a cotton ball on it for 2 minutes and then continued to do my nails as blood was trickling everywhere. My nail feels sore damaged and stings.The nail tech cut my cuticles way too quick and was not gentle and I bled in several places. I hate leaving bad reviews but this wasn’t a well done hard gel manicure. The thumb nail chipped significantly in less than a week. But I also could tell it was a low quality manicure upon receiving it. The nail texture was so bumpy because they didn’t sand it down after the hard gel was applied and the nail shape was so uneven that I had to file it down immediately once I got home. I wish I didn’t have to say this but you’re better off going to any other nail salon in the Brickell area.

I went to Trini on a recommendation. Was pleased with my manicure from Lilian. The staff was very pleasant and called me the next day to ask if I was pleased with the service. I will be returning for another manicure very soon.

I was attended to in a rushed and unfriendly manner; they hurt me and caused pain to my hands. Afterwards, I didn’t want to get a pedicure, only the removal of nail polish. They offered to file my nails, and I asked if they could file just one nail, yet they charged me for a pedicure. The next day, the gel manicure I got chipped. Poor service and poor value for money.
