Horrible landlord, keeps deposits even though property was well taken care of, didn’t do any of the maintenance that we asked for either. Highly recommend renting through someone else
Terrible business. Rented from them for 2 years and at the end they charged a bunch of fees. I would understand if we left the place a wreck but we cleaned it to conditions better than when we arrived. She is polite but when you go to end your lease you will be charged a ton. Don't fall for this company. Owner is now claiming that’s another company. Unless there’s another Tricap in Raleigh ran by a lady named Leslie then this is the correct company. Do business better.

Had a great experience renting from Leslie. Rented for over a year from a wonderful, beautiful property. Whenever I had an issue - immediately reported the issue and Victor and his team would come out within the next day or two to address the issue. None of our issues were of a critical, drop-everything nature, however it any of them were - I'm confident they would have been addressed asap.
