called and told them there was a bad accident on highway will be a little late, they said to keep them posted that I have a 10 minute grace period ... called again and told them I'm at the light... get there 2 minutes past my time period after communicating with them letting them know about the accident I left. I live 15 minutes from the office the accident was so bad nobody was moving... my son has had a high fever!!! I've always had issues with this doctor and this is the last straw!!!! do not recommend this office!!
RecommendedMy children came to Tapm in High point from birth and seen Dr Scholer she is awesome. Fast forward i now work here and love it. Sarrin List is who i am i nurse for and she is one of the most nicest, gentle people i no. I would recommend...
Dr. Lott was very patient and attentive during my visit. The customer service, follow-up and overall experience was great, especially since I avoided going to the doctor for years!!! Very appreciative to the entire TAPM team!!!
Not only do I work for Triad Adult & Pediatric Medicine, but I am also a patient. Dr. Lott is caring and responsive to her patient's needs and I felt very comfortable talking to her about any of my medical concerns. The Doctor my son was seen by Was very rude & Disrespectful She also followed me from the back side to the front side to let me know She “wasn’t the One” Whatever that means & I better hope my child gets his medicine ... Handed me a cup of pain meds & walked out. I had an amazing experience during my visit. Monica, who was the Nurse Practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable, and she answered my questions thoroughly and with respect, which is really important to me when I visit any doctor. I had been having issues with my memory and I was really concerned, Joycelyn who was the Behavioral Health Clinician walked me through several tests, answered all of my questions, processed my concerns, and then provided me with both medical and practical solutions.
