I'd leave zero stars if I could. I sent my boyfriend here for some documents to be signed and if I knew it was the same person who my sister saw years ago I never would have done it. He was there for 5 minutes was refused and screamed at by the "doctor".
Dr apparetti's receptionist will lie about calling you even when you can prove she did not. She forgets to call you when your payments don't go through lets them pile up. I may be changing practices because of her
They never answer the phone and when they do they will hang up on you.
They wasted a month of my time before declining to treat me without offering an explanation. The office staff was rude and abrupt.
I have been a patient of Dr. Appareddy for about 5 years now. She is an excellent psychiatrist. I appreciate that she doesn't waste your time, appointments are on time and usually quick--especially if there aren't any medication changes. With time, she learns who you are a a person and is able to use that knowledge to incorporate it into her diagnoses. It serves you well as a patient.
