Went to Tri City to purchase another new Ram pickup. Met David Fifield who was very accommodating and helpful. We traded in our 2012 Big Horn for a 2018 Rebel. Very pleased with the process...fair trade allowance and competitive price on the new truck. Because we were there late on Saturday and Easter was Sunday, I returned to take delivery yesterday. Salesman John was horrible. Was not helpful and didn't seem like he wanted to help me. Appraisal was horrific of the vehicle I bought there and had them do all of the work on it, i was even told I would get what I owe on it but was lowballed. I didn't mind the service guys even though it took 4 times of not fixing my transmission to get me to trade in for a Jeep that had a plug In the spare tire which I found out after I took their cover off And the transmission pan had to be replaced for being rotten. Well originally I rated this dealership excellent until today. We attempted to register the vehicle in Rochester and found the paper work was done incorrectly when the purchase was completed. The inspection sticker had to be replaced and update to the registration month My wife had to make two trip to the dealership because the plates needed to be on the vehicle. All ended well but felt the dealership should have done more than they did to rectify the problem. Otherwise the dealership did a good sale.

Brock was amazing when I was looking for my new truck. He listened to what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. It was quick and easy and stress free. Highly recommend Brock and would definitely buy from him again.

Disgusting customer service. I was treated less than human by the sales team from the moment I set foot on the lot. Unfortunately, they had the car I wanted. My husband had to go in to get any kind of decent conversation. We were kept at the lot for 5 hours trying to finish the sales paperwork. It took so long I had to leave with my two year old so I could feed her and come back. So much for quick service, let alone decent service. I have never had a dealership do less for a sale.
