When we came in to purchase a Jeep a few weeks ago, we specifically asked how we should do the title because we had just spent $400 in May on a registration that we wanted to transfer the plates for credit. We were told it would be fine. When we went to register the Jeep we did NOT get the credit because they did the title wrong. So we lost a $375 credit!!! My husband made an appointment for us to test drive my dream car, a 4 door Jeep today. So excited to finally see if this is the right car for me. Walked in the door with a 2 year old, Jeep was still inside not ready for us, not ONE person greeted us, some people walked by us and looked at us like parasites. My 2 year old was so excited to go for a drive in the Jeep. Waited a long time and finally left. RecommendedMy lease was up on my 2016 Grand Cherokee, my normal goto dealer had limited inventory.... hit the web and inquired at 3 dealerships. Josh was the first to reply (Internet sales guy I would assume) after 2 calls he hit my price without any BS. Brock became the salesman when I arrived and the Jeep was front and center waiting for my test drive. We agreed on a delivery after the weekend. After an awful experience at what I thought would be a simple scan of the car to know why the check engine light was on, I get an even worse phone call! Instead of telling me I could make another appointment I was scared into staying at the dealership for what I was told was three plus hours with my two small children.
