Dr. Thielges is an attentive, caring doctor. When I broke my ankle in February, he was able to see me within an hour of breaking it. I had x-rays, and a walking boot, and was on my way home 30 minutes later.
Dr. Thielges helped me with persistent foot pain after a sprain. He is very competent, and so personable! I enjoyed the combination that seems rare for surgeons: kind, understanding, compassionate care hand-in-hand with experience and knowledge that allows him to fully inform you about the best treatment. He even knows the best local store for getting quality, comfortable shoes! I've been very happy with the care he's given me as his patient.
I was seeing another doctor for 5 years about my ankle (I had a nasty sprain) and I have tried it ALL to get rid of the pain in my ankle and the doctor I was seeing said that all can be done is to give me Cortizone shots for the rest of my life. I decided to get a second opinion and at my first appointment with Dr. Thielges he found the problem and had a solution. Of course he did other tests but now I am in recovery. He is also very easy to get along with.
Dr Thielges is truly a patient oriented Dr. Easy to get into, knows what is wrong, and I would recommend him totally.
Dr. Grimm is very knowledgeable, has done a fantastic job on my Achilles surgery and always makes sure I understand next steps in recovery! Fantastic!
Dr. Brent Thielges is awesome. If you have foot or ankle issue...ya gotta go see this fine young doctor.
