Kudos to Dr. Hornstein for doing my shoulder surgery yesterday at the New Jersey Surgery Center. I was nervous because it was the first time I had shoulder surgery and the first time I ever had surgery in a place other than a hospital! Both were positive experiences! Dr. Hornstein personally called me to see how I am doing the day after the surgery! He said he would and he did.
They are great doctors thar treat you more than just another patient.
The professional service here is great, however I had an 11:30 AM appointment and didn't get seen by the doctor until 12:30 PM !!! TOG has to better job with keeping on schedule. My time is just as valuable as their time.
It is unfortunate you are so short staffed right now - we have been customers for a while and left a message this past weekend to get in for an acute injury which took DAYS for a call back - in the meantime we got into another orthopedic and were casted. Posting this in the hopes someone sees this and sorts out your staffing issues. P.S. When asked why it took so long for you to get back to me I was told by the individual who called me that staffing is the issue right now.

My husband's knee replacement just isn't right. It's been over a year and the swelling won't quit. Asked the Dr.and he said he was afraid to drain it because it might get infected. REALLY? it's already swollen twice the normal size. See picture in comments
