The office was full of people, however everyone of the staff maintained a positive, professional, attitude. The Dr have wonderful bed side manor, and take their time to ensure you understand.
Called to make an appointment for my daughter and I was caller #27! After 32 minutes of waiting, I was transferred to a recording to leave a message and that someone will call me back! Absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional!
Dr conte at TOG is amazing, He is the best very nice, and caring doctor I have met. After my surgery he give me some encouraging words and that stuck with me doing this time. I love this place.
Great Doctor Duch but your check out is too long of await fir a follow up Appointment. I leave n call for follow up later. Dr Duch great doctor very efficient n not a long wait with him
My sister is a patient of Dr. Gomez, who I met yesterday when I took her for her appointment. He is absolutely amazing...a true gentleman....it was wonderful to see a doctor look at his patient and take the time to speak TO her...not AT her ..like so many others in the medical profession seem to do. He explained the treatment and answered all her questions. We would highly recommend TOG.
Staff at Columbus are very friendly and make you feel at home. Dr Gomez is super, listens to you and then does diagnosis.
I've been seeing Dr. Pagilaro for awhile. HE enters the room introduced himself like it was my first visit. I felt like I was just another body n that was after waiting close to 2 hours for him. I think I'm done here.
The Doctors are excellent meantime some staff are in need of a better attitude and communication skills
