The Doctor's at TOG are great. I have had great encounters with multiple injuries.... On the other hand the billing Dept. at TOG is a god dam nightmare...nobody ever answers the phone or call you back. The screw up processing your information to the insurance company and then TOG billing tells you, that you have to straighten it out....
I love this place, I've been with Princeton Ortho for years and just wasn't happy with the results, I saw Dr. Saxena yesterday and learned more about my knees in 5 minutes then I have in 2 years at Princeton Ortho!!! My daughter had shoulder surgery earlier this month with Dr. Hornstein and he was amazing too, great office staff, the place is like a well oiled machine! I give it a 5+ Stars!

Love you guys. Had total shoulder replacement by Dr. Debiase, and knee replacement, Dr. Snell. Carpal tunnel surgery, Dr. Aita ( best thing ,I did). Dr. Hornstein , I saw before Dr.Debiase. A good Dr. They take care of you and the best care ever. Thank you to your team.
i just called to make an appointment and talked to the rudest person. I have been there a number of times for myself and my son in the past with no problems I also had a relative that worked there. The woman was so rude I just told her to forget it and will take my business elsewhere.
Straight answers from physician, the cast was perfect for my situation and the OT was great.
