I’m so disappointed in your lack of empathy and understanding for the #unique challenges #militaryfamilies face during deployment. No refund after #activeduty military member could not make it to #galveston due to a change in his orders. There are exceptions to the rules. Let’s hope Wyndham Customer Care makes this right. #notmilitaryfriendly.

Went to the bar in the lobby first to have a Margarita Kiss drink for Mardi Gras. The drinks were great. Then went upstairs to The Rooftop Bar to have another Margarita Kiss drink. The drink was terrible!
Always wanted to stay for a weekend here, given the history and elegance. The staff here and at the Galvez are exceptional. Everything was well taken care of, from morning coffee, valet, front desk and the Atrium bar. The musicians were very talented Saturday night and friendly. Our in room cleaning was perfect. There is a very welcoming feeling at the Treemont. On the downside, I was woken up on Friday night with someone screaming. Saturday night was quiet. We had a blast!! Celebrated New Year’s Eve! Wonderful hotel and atmosphere. The staff was amazing and very helpful!!!
